I design key journeys across the John Lewis website and the iOS and Android apps, with a focus on improving conversion, retention and the overall customer experience. My work spans discovery through to delivery, strengthening UX and UI standards and improving how teams collaborate and design together.
I use research and data to guide decisions and make sure solutions meet both customer needs and commercial goals. I am now looking for my next opportunity where I can bring this mix of product thinking, craft and practical problem solving to a new organisation.

A promotion from Senior Designer saw me manage three roles; Marketing Assistant, Digital Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer on a daily basis whilst assisting the Head of Marketing & E Commerce and board of directors in successfully achieving commercial goals. This was achieved via digital product conversion rate optimisation and award winning multi channel marketing campaigns.
